Kart AI is a community deals feed and a free cart price-comparison tool. It is informational: deal prices, coupon codes, and availability are set by the retailers themselves, not by Kart AI, and can change at any time, including after Kart AI marks a price as verified.

You need an account to vote, comment, submit deals, or save alerts. You agree to provide accurate information, to keep your password to yourself, and that you are responsible for activity under your account. You must be able to form a binding agreement where you live to create an account.

You must be at least 18 years old to create a Kart AI account. Kart AI is a shopping site whose whole purpose is sending people to retailers to spend money, and its terms — including the governing-law and venue clause below — are meant to bind the person who agrees to them, which is a thing a minor cannot reliably do. If Kart AI learns that an account belongs to someone younger, the account and anything posted from it are deleted; write to the address at the foot of this page and it will be done.

When you post a deal, comment, or reply, you confirm it is accurate to your knowledge and that you have the right to post it. You keep ownership of what you write; posting it gives Kart AI the right to display, store, and distribute it as part of the site. Kart AI may remove content, or restrict an account, that breaks these terms — for example spam, unlawful content, or attempts to manipulate votes or heat.

Write it yourself. Do not paste a retailer's product copy, a newsletter's write-up, or anyone else's review into a deal or a comment. Facts are free — the product, the price, the retailer, the coupon, the expiry — and you are welcome to all of them. The wording is not.A deal you write up yourself is read by an editor before it appears on the site. A link you send in through the link box is written up by Kart AI and published automatically — once an editor has entered the price and what it was before — without a person reading what goes up. A submission that copies someone else's wording is refused.

When a comment is removed, its text and the poster's name stop appearing but the comment keeps its place in the thread, so the replies underneath it still make sense.

If something on Kart AI infringes your copyright, tell us and it comes down. The copyright and takedown page sets out what a notice needs to contain under 17 U.S.C. §512(c)(3), how to file a counter-notice under §512(g), where to send both, and the state of Kart AI's designated-agent registration.

Repeat infringers lose their accounts. Every removal made in response to a copyright notice is recorded against the account that posted the material. A removal reversed by an accepted counter-notice does not count. Three counted removals against one account, or one deliberate large-scale case, ends that account. A “price verified” timestamp reflects a check made at that moment, not an ongoing guarantee. Expired deals are marked as expired rather than removed. Always confirm the price, coupon, and availability at the retailer before you buy.

Some prices on this site come directly from a retailer’s own product feed rather than from our own check. Those carry the time the retailer served them, and they may have changed since. Where we do not have a current figure from the retailer, we show no price at all and link you to their page instead.

Some outbound links are affiliate links, and the site may show display ads. Neither changes what you see or how deals rank — see the affiliate disclosure for the full explanation.

Comparison results come from retailer product data where available, or from a clearly labeled demo dataset when it is not. Results are informational and provided to help you check prices — they are not a guarantee that Kart AI has found the lowest price available anywhere, and prices can change between when a result was fetched and when you check out.

• Scrape, crawl, or systematically copy the site outside normal browsing.
• Attempt to bypass rate limits, security controls, or account restrictions.
• Post unlawful, infringing, or deliberately false content.
• Manipulate voting, heat, or the compare tool through automation or fake accounts.

Kart AI is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind. Kart AI is not responsible for losses arising from relying on a listed price, comparison result, or third-party retailer's site.

You may stop using Kart AI at any time, and you can ask for your account to be deleted by email — the privacy policy sets out what deletion does to your comments and how long each step takes. Kart AI may suspend or terminate access for accounts that violate these terms.

These terms may be updated as Kart AI changes. Continuing to use the site after an update means you accept the revised terms.

These terms are governed by the law of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Kart AI is run from Brooklyn, so if a dispute ends up in court it belongs in the state or federal courts sitting in Kings County, New York, and both sides agree to that venue.

Nothing here is meant to remove a right you have where you live that cannot be signed away. Where your own consumer-protection law gives you more than these terms do, that law wins.
